Spanning 170 sqm across two levels, Villa Kalandi is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The ground floor features a warm and inviting living area, a spacious dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it an ideal setting for gathering with loved ones. Upstairs, three elegant bedrooms and two bathrooms offer restful retreats. Two of the bedrooms are sea-facing, opening onto a generous balcony where you can wake up to the soothing sound of the waves and take in the mesmerizing ocean views.
